Steve McAuliffe is a poet, playwright and novelist, with three performed plays, a collection of poetry, and two published books to his name.

His writing consistently mixes the mundane with the magical. It also pits the political alongside the comedic. Fundamentally though, at the core of everything he writes there is a strong and abiding belief in the untapped potential of the individual.
